If you do not see the Drag&Drop window on www.conpal.de/en/2Go and the download options for the clients for Windows, macOS and Ubuntu/Debian are missing (but not the ones for iPhone / iPad, Android and 2Go Reader (Windows)), you’re using a VPN or cloud portal that we block for security reasons. You may also be accessing from a country for which export restrictions are in place regarding encryption solutions.

If necessary, disable any VNP or anonymizing services in use, such as TOR. This should allow normal access, and the missing page blocks should appear.

If you are not using a VPN or similar, you may be accessing via a cloud infrastructure that disguises the origin of your request. In this case, it is recommended to disconnect from the Internet and use access via an alternative connection instead. “Smartphone tethering”, i.e. the use of the mobile network via a mobile device, has proven effective here.
